This is an exploration of myself as an individual, aimed at understanding who I am and what contribution I am meant to make—utilizing my skills, knowledge, and personal interpretation—within the space we inhabit. It involves experiencing and exposing personal wounds, complexes, constraints, scars, acquired burdens, and unresolved emotions. The goal of this exploration is to uncover and bring to the surface everything that personally disturbs me—to release it and attain a sense of lightness.
